eeking knowledge on the Kansas prairie, a return to nature is established by relative spatial and temporal positioning. The scientific method assumes that experience and observation are the foundations of a logical argument. Nevertheless, there may be things that exist independent of human comprehension, going beyond perceptions of direct stimulation. Functioning under any philosophy of understanding, however, I find the act of photographic capture expands the possibilities intrinsic to the instant. Some moments seem more seductive than others do, and this differentiation classifies aesthetics.
