he muted color, large scale, and surreal environment surrounding this utility building caught my eye. It certainly is visually interesting, but simultaneously is a physically unappealing place. Some unfortunate persons must spend time working in this fabricated purgatory, without much hope of expiatory purification. It must be particularly uncomfortable when the wind blows.
