P hotographing on location at night is challenging, especially keeping up with various equipment components in the dark. Trying to increase productivity by having two cameras simultaneously in-play doubles the organizational exertion. Nevertheless, the result is well worth the effort. This image was captured at the same time as yesterdays post, with my infrared camera pointed north. With each rig located about thirty yards apart, moving back and forth between the two stations attending to exposure helped to keep the insidious swarming gnats from totally enveloping my head.

“Are these the end times? Yes. And they have been this way since the beginning. Welcome to planet Earth, a wonderful but not entirely stable place to live.” - Craig Childs
