ometimes magnificent lighting conditions will present themselves. To be in attendance and in position to capture such events requires persistence and accidental discovery. Of course more time spent in the field improves the odds of success. Occasionally satisfying images materialize from the seemingly bleakest expectation prospects. I have learned over the years not to prejudge the weather and its photographic consequences, as things are very dynamic and unpredictable.
