rt is opinion based. No one can be right and no one can be wrong. It is a function of environmental reaction and expression in an effort to communicate. The basic factors are time, skill, effort, and execution. All good art is subjective, discussed and questioned. Art that is ignored is not art; it is just part of the scenery.
