any philosophers are convinced of an intrinsic absolute reality, the underlying cause of all actuality, which transcends incomplete, conditional, daily existence. However, I am not sure if there is a "true reality," independent of any observer. In my view, reality is the totality of everything - structures (actual and conceptual), events (past and present), phenomena (observable or not), sensations and their interpretations (individual and social). Therefore, I do not suffer from the cognitive limitation that a photograph is more real than another form of human communication.
