longside of the Katy Trail in Windsor is an old caboose on permanent display. Most of the time it is closed and locked, so to get a feel for the inside one must peer through clouded and small windows. But one day, local community representatives were at the trailhead when I pulled into the station, waiting to welcome an organized group of riders, and had opened the train car to allow access.
