ack to the starting point. Early in my photographic endeavors, I enjoyed stalking insects, especially dragonflies. I used one of these early images as a model for the line drawing which has functioned as my trademark over the years. Therefore, it was recently fun on a hot humid day at the pond to spend about an hour focusing on the many active odonates buzzing the shore. My intention was to tightly integrate the creature visually into its colorful environment, yet provide subject isolation separation.
