isted on the National Register of Historic Places, this impressive industrial Kansas City structure has been converted into thirty-nine apartment units. The six story reinforced concrete building was originally constructed as a regional administrative center and factory for the Baker-Vawter Company, manufacturers of office filing equipment. This long gone national company was once famous for originating the Loose Leaf Ledger Accounting system.
