nfrared theory of relativity. All radiation travels at the speed of light in a vacuum, which is an absolute physical boundary for motion. Visually determining whether an object is in motion or at rest is qualified. But we observe motion as acceleration because of the curved nature of space-time. It is the continuous expansion of the universe which establishes the direction in which time flows. Likewise entropy established in the Universe must increase with time as the amount of energy available for work depreciates over time.
