n the Flint Hills southeast of Manhattan on the road to Pillsbury Crossing, this refurbished one room cabin offers a glimpse into the past. Originally built in 1863, the cabin was discovered incorporated into a larger dwelling when it was razed in 1962. Shooting with my Sigma 12mm ultra wide lens, this image is an HDR composite from six exposure bracketed captures. Makes me wonder how primitive any remaining physical evidence of my existence will seem to earth inhabitants in 2157.
