Trigon

   Geometry filled
Inexhaustible properties
Unexpected connection

T wo large concrete blocks destined to be used as fishing pier stabilizing support are staged for installation at Maple Leaf Lake. I found them to be a rich image source for my Macrostract series, and enjoyed about a half hour of intimate exploration. With the sun low in the sky, the acute lighting angle revealed the surface texture and differentiated the geometry planes. More to come.

“I've always been passionate about geometry and the study of three-dimensional forms.” - Erno Rubik
