rriving at the chosen venue early, more time can be spent scouting the region and identifying propitious vantage points. This image was captured hand-held with an Olympus 35mm f2 lens aimed down a long finger-pond at Poague Conservation Area. My thought was it would be a fine spot for some extended exposure work later on after sunset. But becoming engrossed at a spot about a mile further in, I never made it back, and thus this render is all I have from this specific location. File it away as a future night-time image opportunity, poised for a return visit.
