ertain visual phenomena exist which can be detected by some observers, but cannot be seen at all by others. Because of individual variation between humans, we may harbor an inherent incapacity to share a nearly identical stimulus. And of course humans are rather restricted in the limits of their sensory range, being receptive to less than one percent of the electromagnetic spectrum. But responding to a specific physical experience, everything stored in the brain is imported through the senses. Post-sensory functions are cognitive, used to interpret sensory input and to derive new information. When considering reality, differentiating between stimuli opposed to post-sensory interpretation might be significant.
