ender as a social construct. Driving along in rural Missouri, I am amused and somewhat astonished when one of these “entertainment” warehouses pops-up along the highway. They seem out of place in the corn fields and cow pastures of the conservative Midwest. I wonder about their client base, as they never seem to have many cars in their parking lots. This gaudy one was nicely illuminated in the fresh snow at dusk, providing me with momentary divertissement while speeding by.
