Ambulating through the dry knee-high grass along the shoreline of Maple Leaf Lake is both a physical and symbolic experience. The resulting image evokes primordial memories of elements essential to the energy of the universe. Vitality and intensity of expression are important considerations in this new image series, the making of which has infused my creative efforts with new concentration.
