ark shapes against a light background, a carnival silhouette describes the skyline. Continuing to exercise a variety of optics to express the midway ambience, this image was exposed using the meniscus achromat. I was initially drawn to the small figures at the top of the slide, but really like how the “coma” lens aberrations line-up with the spokes of the Ferris wheel. Seeking a general impression fashioned by predominant characteristics, each image in this series contributes to the totality of surrounding conditions and circumstances.
