xponential exit, it is time to bid farewell to the State Fair for this year. A complementary reciprocal correspondence between comparable entities, this diptych finishes the cyclical series on a high note. The concentrated effort of documenting the essence of this unique venue by employing a variety of concepts and techniques was sufficiently valuable to justify the investment. Undoubtedly I left some images un-captured out on the midway tarmac, and also a few with potential are unrealized on my hard drive, but I need to move on in fresh directions. Of course there is always next year, when again the late summer ritual will beckon. Some things will be different and some things will be the same. Change is good, even downward plunges are intermittently desirable.
