B rownian motion is the seemingly random movement of suspended particles, completely irregular in all directions at right angles to the vertical. Displacement varies as the square root of time. Extrapolated out, the concept might be relevant to humanoid crowd clusters. Trajectories are rapidly confused and complicated so analysis is enigmatic, until an individual separates from the pack.

“So the movement mounts up from the atoms and gradually emerges to the level of our senses, so that those bodies are in motion that we see in sunbeams, moved by blows that remain invisible.” - Titus Lucretius Carus
