orking with the Canon 70-300mm DO lens at the long end in a color smear mode was extremely motivating while documenting the Fair. The gaudy and chaotic jumble of color and commotion was rendered in an evocative manner, suggesting the ambiance and experience of being there. Juggling focal plane, aperture, and shutter speed is at the heart of creative camera control, and never seems to be exhausted in terms of possibilities. The operational and intellectual limits of photography are infinite.
