The pace of the action becomes more frantic while the ambient space becomes more compressed and enveloping. Sounds are extra voluminous and the overall experience is fatiguing. Balls are thrown, guns are shot, rings are tossed, and junk food is consumed, as the artificiality of the parking lot extravaganza is exaggerated.
