njoying all aspects of inventiveness, sometimes I elect to translate a photograph into a digital painting. This process provides multiple benefits, as the experience strengthens post-processing skills and knowledge just as it informs future capture sessions. Of course certain images are better suited for such treatment than others, and an infinite range of variables must be navigated on the trip to a finished result. Creativity, a critical aspect of life, is enhanced by engaging in mental and physical exercises designed to expand perception.
