till a few images are left over from my last Kansas trip as I begin to contemplate another short journey to the prairie. Things should be lush and green on this next visit given all the recent rain, although some areas may be blackened from spring burns. I will be using a new camera, the Canon 5D Mark II, which will be delivered tomorrow. New tools always work as a creative catalyst, and the promise of a productive and enjoyable summer stretches out ahead.
