hinking about the various structures in and around Warrensburg to photograph using the multiple exposure HDR grunge technique, the large abandoned granary at the western edge of town came to mind. So at sunset I walked on over with my Zenitar 16mm fisheye lens ready to collect some raw image material. When I arrived at the venue, the building was enveloped in a red glow and things fell into visual place nicely. When operating in this mode, although the captures are made with a fairly well established pre-visualization, the final rendering is unpredictable in that many interrelationships are dependent on post-processing decisions. Of course much of the appeal comes from revealing the possible inherent in the latent potential.
