oreground to background color layering caught my eye in the disorganized highway maintenance yard. My short neighborhood walks often end up at this location, as I find the odd assortment of randomly placed stuff interesting. Some items stay in place for long periods, while other objects cycle in and out frequently. The venue offers an interesting study in dynamics supporting the culturally important transportation infrastructure. Local tax dollars at work are here providing me visual fodder as assisted by ever changing environmental conditions.
