   Woody structural
Inter-dependent
Branch relations

A pproaching carefully and waiting for the right opportunity, I was able to catch my subject off guard and adroitly snapped a series of candid shots. As you probably know, the main purpose of portrait photography is to capture the highly concentrated essence of a thing. Using cubist concepts can facilitate this quintessence goal. The object is broken up, analyzed, and re-assembled in an abstracted form depicting multiple viewpoints to represent the core concentrate in a greater context.

“Cubism is like standing at a certain point on a mountain and looking around. If you go higher, things will look different; if you go lower, again they will look different. It is a point of view.” - Jacques Lipchitz
