he Center for Fine Art Photography sent out a call for entries describing an upcoming show on the theme of perspective. This got me to thinking about a series of images I made back in 2003 which used five captures and radical image shape transformations to create studies of imaginary one-point perspective. So I revisited the technique now using more sophisticated software to generate images to enter into the competition.
“Perspective can be the point of view from which you are standing when you release the shutter, or reflect your state of mind at the time when the image is created. Are you up high, or low to the ground? Maybe you are high on life, or down in the dumps. All these perspectives can greatly influence the message and impact of your photograph.” - CFAP
