appreciate the blunt austerity of Minimal Art. The simple use of hard-edged materials and surfaces emphasizing pure geometry can be quite hypnotic. So when I find a subject operative under circumstances which allow such a rendering, I relish the opportunity. To successfully create this style of imagery requires a surprising level of sophisticated complexity, and the exercise can become a self contained enigma.
