ometimes I will extensively explore a photographic technique, then practically forget about it for an inexplicably long elapsed period, and then suddenly place it back into circulation. This oscillation of creative approach is mysterious and slightly disturbing, as it inadvertently represents loss opportunity. It seems like there is only a finite number of active imaging modalities operative at any creative episode, and pulling out another inevitably forces something else back into the closet.
