t the end of the hiking trail through the David Crockett Birthplace State Park, I popped out onto this scenic roadway featuring a row of evergreens positioned like rockets against a dramatic sky. Shooting directly into the sun can be tricky, but here I was able to hold detail in the shadows. To enhance the infrared image, I applied some understated color in post processing. The adventure continues.
