found another Sapp Brothers Coffee Pot water tower while on the Council Bluffs trip. This one is in Percival, IA at the juncture of US29 and route 2. The tower itself is isolated just off the interstate highway, while the truck stop is a little farther west on route 2. I made this capture in the middle of the day when returning home, to add to the other images made of the smaller version which was near my hotel. Pulling off onto the shoulder of the highway as the traffic continued to rush by, I felt the quick capture was more of a record shot as the lighting conditions and angle of view were both less than optimal. But extensive post production has taken the symbolic essence and rendered it as an interesting manifestation.
