Postmodernism
Pass through

T raveling all the way to the end of Denver's 16th street mall and past Union Station, one comes across an area undergoing post-modern development. Yet the nineteenth century still rumbles by in the form of freight trains full of coal. This image addresses issues concerning the nature of contemporary technological culture emphasizing the significance of socio-economic change juxtaposed with historical continuity.

“Post-modernism is arguably the most depressing philosophy ever to spring from the western mind. It is difficult to talk about post-modernism because nobody really understands it. It's allusive to the point of being impossible to articulate.” - Kalle Lasn
