arlier this week I was in Council Bluffs for the Heart of America Professional Photographers regional conference. Fortunately I was able to occasionally take an opportunity to break away from the proceedings to make some photographs. This one was shot at Manawa Lake which was conveniently close to the conference venue. Once again I am experimenting with long daylight exposures by employing neutral density filters.
