his rundown dwelling is a rather sad affair. Most of the time it sits empty, devoid of occupants. But for several brief periods, strange ill-mannered inhabitants suddenly appear. Loud noise emanates, cars park on the front lawn, junk litters the yard, and young children waddle around in diapers - not a pleasant presence. In addition, suspicious short visits by all manner of decrepit looking people occur at odd hours. And then suddenly the house is empty again, they are gone leaving behind further dilapidation. The sun does not seem to mind.
