couple of days traveling in a Kansas winter-land have yielded a plethora of new images for processing. This one was shot in Emporia at Soden's Grove Park south of town on the Cottonwood River. We spent an enjoyable frosty morning quietly exploring the phase change boundary with the sun climbing in the eastern sky. The motel clerk told us that there was nothing to do or to see in Emporia. She was wrong.
