Cottonwood River

   Off the bridge
Upstream
Red sun came rolling

A n ever changing concentration of the forces of nature, standing over a river or stream and taking time to observe the surroundings from a bridge is both interesting and enjoyable. It is one of those small pleasures that never wears out. The environment is always rich visually, biologically and spiritually - there is much to see and think about.

“Sometimes, if you stand on the bottom rail of a bridge and lean over to watch the river slipping slowly away beneath you, you will suddenly know everything there is to be known.” - Winnie the Pooh
