A n individual functioning in society interfaces at a user level with the existent surrounding technology as a byproduct of acculturation. Success at this expertise boundary is dependent on native intelligence and educational training. Education is only effective when it establishes the foundations of symbolic learning coupled with higher orders of cognitive thought. We all find our place on the continuum of understanding.
