Dream Encoding

Experience connections
Purposive description

S easonal changes, interesting lighting, and modified optics can combine to expose commonplace everyday objects in ways not normally perceived. I remain interested in the idea of converting the intangible into the substantial. One portal into life, the conscious mind, only comprises approximately 10% of our brain activity. Yet the spiritual internal world is ethereally connected to the physical and informs the dream state. Although we can generally not remember our dreams, perhaps they can be visually recorded.

“The artist alone sees spirits. But after he has told of their appearing to him, everybody sees them.” - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
