uantum physics postulates that quantum fluctuations are responsible for the creation of the universe. If one quantum fluctuation created this universe with its specific set of laws, then another quantum fluctuation will create an alternate universe with a different set of prevailing laws. Some locations in each universe may map to positions in our universe, providing elusive "entry" and "exit" gates for travelers. Occasionally the informed can identify a portal; observation plays an immense role in determining reality. Time flow in a parallel universe may be very different.
