O
n a visit to the Santa Fe Art Institute, I was intrigued by both the architecture and the landscaping. The building fit nicely into the natural environment, and the structural angles emphasized the bright New Mexico sunshine with remarkable shadows. The sky coloration and cloud formations were magnificent. I took advantage of the opportunity and made many photographs, although most of the students in our party spent much of their time sitting around looking bored.
