s I get stronger, my range increases. Yesterday I rode 97.3 miles on the Katy, traveling from the Sedalia Depot to Rocheport and back. For most of the trip, I had the trail to myself. But Rocheport was full of people. One reason is the interstate that passes close by, making this a convenient trail head. From here eastward the trail mostly parallels the Missouri River.
