nfortunately when I was capturing this randomly created organic fresco-like scene, my head was without the publicized protective covering. I suppose that if my vulnerable cranium had been struck by flying fragments or perhaps a meteorite, then the problematic consequence would solely be my responsibility. Of course if I was hit anywhere else other than my head, I would have a strong case of misrepresentation and false advertising. Luckily I got away unscathed.
