ement filled iron pipes embedded in asphalted that are designed to stop the progress of automotive vehicles are occasionally visually interesting. Here I have isolated the crown in an abstract composition that features color and texture. These things can be found all over the urban and suburban landscape and could be the basis of another image series. Looking back over my posted archives, I found an image that is similar in concept, and a few more of this same subject matter. In the future I will now be on the look-out to add to this burgeoning collection.
