he West Bottoms is filled with left-over ruminants of abandoned industrialized activity. It is a treasure-trove of photographic opportunities. I like the random haphazard prevailing atmosphere seasoned with a touch of danger. The area appears more decrepit with each visit and it seems unlikely that the existing structures can be restored at this advanced state of decay. Best thing to do is bring in the wrecking balls. I wonder how long before the location will make demolition and new modern construction economically viable?
