his chain linked implement hangs like a curtain around a large adjustable frame attached to a mobile base. It was parked on the tarmac next to an abandoned ICBM control facility in a farmer's field. Clearly it is designed to be pulled by a tractor and scraped across agricultural ground to condition the soil. I was attracted to it, but it took some time and several attempts to coax an image out of it.
