   Penetrating incisive quality
Intersection of two surfaces

I am drawn to the periphery of many things. Supporting this empathy, I find shorelines to be fascinating interfaces. They mark the border between two divergent ecological environments, land and water, while creating a niche of their own. Frequently they offer rich visual pleasures stimulating the active photographic explorer. This image was made at Pertle Springs on part of the course I run regularly.
