A cquiring and making new optical devices at a rapid rate, my visual world has dramatically expanded in recent weeks. Previously nondescript uninteresting objects are now open to reevaluation and new interpretation. I find it rewarding to capture light through a lens element made in 1924 and process the resulting data in a RAW converter. Now is a wonderful point in the photographic technology development timeline.
