s time advances, night follows day, and day follows night - a predictable cycle without beginning, without end and without fissures. When the sun is poised just below the horizon, diffused light from the sky is refracted by the earth's atmosphere. A juncture of contrasting energy fields, the fuzzy dividing line between day and night is called the terminator.
