Artifacts chill out

I have an adapter ring that allows older manual-focus Nikon lenses to be mounted on my Canon 5D. This shot was made with a Nikkor 135mm f2.8 lens at Heroes restaurant while waiting for food preparation. The backlight was streaming in from a bank of windows along the south wall. The items are randomly positioned as the prior customers left them, and I made the exposure from my seat, shooting between the two members of my dining party sitting across our table.

“Learn the basics first before you alter them.
Be patient and wait for your time.
Hard work will make your dreams come true.
Don't stop creating new things and ideas.
Try experimenting with different styles in shooting.
Most of all, be creative or imaginative.”
