W arrensburg features a comparatively tall rectangular cement structure at the east end of town. Located adjacent to the railroad tracks, this was once an active grain elevator that probably was important in early economic development. It has not been in operation for many years, but recently somebody renovated the parking lot. I find it to be an interesting study in space and time.

“Space by itself, and time by itself, are doomed to fade away into mere shadows, and only a kind union of the two will preserve an independent reality.” - Albert Einstein
